Given the importance of organizational performance, today all organizations, whether public or private, seek continuous improvement of organizational performance. In recent years, with the increase in the number of banks, it has created a highly competitive environment for banks and financial institutions. Many have put entrepreneurship and networking on the agenda to maintain and improve the share of their resources and customers; In the current unstable and competitive environment, entrepreneurship and market orientation as well as networking capabilities of all three are essential for the success of banks.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of market orientation, network capability and entrepreneurship on the performance of bank employees. The method of this research is descriptive correlation and structural equation model, which has been done with the help of PLS software. The statistical population of this study is 870 employees of Sepah Bank (Tehran branches) and 266 people were selected as a sample based on the sampling method. Also, Augusta et al. (2018) questionnaire was used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire questions in terms of Cronbach's alpha was determined to be 0.89. Based on the research findings, it was observed that: There is a positive effect between market orientation and performance. There was a positive effect between entrepreneurship and network capability and performance. There is also a positive effect between entrepreneurship and market orientation. The subject of the present study is important in that it seeks to examine market orientation and network capability and entrepreneurship on performance.
