This study conducted a systematic review of the literature published between 2019 and 2025, using the PRISMA framework and quantitative thematic analysis. 85 relevant articles were selected from databases such as IEEE Xplore, Scopus, and Web of Science. The results show that the combination of AI and blockchain is receiving the most attention, but the triple combination (AI IoT blockchain) is expanding. The prominent challenges included energy consumption, scalability, data security, and interoperability.
