fa از برنامه نویس تا نجواگر هوش مصنوعی From Programmer to AI Whisperer عمومى General پژوهشي Research چکیده این مقاله مروری به بررسی تحولات اخیر در حرفه‌های نرم‌افزاری می‌پردازد که با ادغام سامانه‌های هوشمند به‌ویژه مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ و ابزارهای تولید کد در فرآیند توسعه، ماهیتی نو یافته‌اند. نویسندگان روند تاریخی گذار از کدنویسی سطح پایین به نقش‌های میانجی میان خروجی الگوریتم‌ها و اهداف انسانی را تحلیل کرده و شایستگی‌های کلیدی این حرفه‌ی نوظهور را شناسایی می‌کنند؛ از جمله سواد مدل، تفسیر و ترجمه مفهومی، هدایت اخلاقی، طراحی راهبردی پرامپت‌ها، تحلیل رفتار مدل و هماهنگی میان ذی‌نفعان. مقاله با مرور مطالعات موردی)مانند استفاده از GitHub Copilot و ممیزی‌های عدالت الگوریتمی (و معرفی چرخه‌ای از همکاری انسان و ماشین، سازوکارهای رایج در این تعاملات را تبیین می‌کند. در ادامه، آثار اجتماعی و اقتصادی این دگرگونی با چارچوبی دووجهی تحلیل می‌شود: از یک سو، افزایش بهره‌وری و خلق فرصت‌های جدید با ارزش بالا؛ و از سوی دیگر، خطر شکاف مهارتی و نابرابری شغلی. بر پایه این یافته‌ها، نویسندگان یک چارچوب آموزشی چندمرحله‌ای شامل سواد مدل، همکاری فنی، تفکر انتقادی و اخلاقی، و ادغام راهبردی پیشنهاد می‌کنند و همچنین سیاست‌های حمایتی چون برنامه‌های بازآموزی، بازنگری در برنامه‌های درسی، استانداردسازی حرفه‌ای و تنظیم‌گری قانونی را ضروری می‌دانند. نتیجه‌گیری مقاله تأکید دارد که نقش جدید متخصصان، ترجمان عملی رفتار مدل‌ها به کنش انسانی است و مهم‌ترین خلأ پژوهشی، ارزیابی تجربی ارزش و کارایی این نقش از طریق مطالعات کنترل‌شده و بلندمدت است.   Abstract This review article investigates the recent transformation in software professions driven by the integration of intelligent systems specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and code generation tools into the development process, giving rise to novel occupational roles. The authors analyze the historical trend of transitioning from low-level coding to mediating roles between algorithmic output and human objectives. The paper identifies the key competencies of this nascent profession, including model literacy, conceptual interpretation and translation, ethical guidance, strategic prompt design, model behavior analysis, and stakeholder alignment. By reviewing case studies, such as the use of GitHub Copilot and algorithmic fairness audits, and introducing a human-machine collaboration cycle, the paper elucidates the prevalent mechanisms within these interactions. Furthermore, the social and economic implications of this transition are analyzed through a two-pronged framework: on one hand, increased productivity and the creation of new high-value opportunities; and on the other, the risk of a skill gap and occupational inequality. Based on these findings, the authors propose a multi-stage educational framework encompassing model literacy, technical collaboration, critical and ethical thinking, and strategic integration. They also deem supportive policies such as retraining programs, curriculum revision, professional standardization, and legal regulation essential.
