fa سیستم های چند عاملی در شبکه های ارتباطی Multi-agent systems in communication networks تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سیستم‌های چندعاملی (MAS) به‌عنوان چارچوبی پیشرفته در مدیریت شبکه‌های ارتباطی، با ترکیب هوش جمعی و انعطاف‌پذیری، توانایی حل مسائل پیچیده در محیط‌های پویا را دارند. این سیستم‌ها از سه جزء اصلی تشکیل شده‌اند: عامل‌های خودمختار، محیط و مکانیزم‌های ارتباطی. معماری‌های مختلفی مانند متمرکز، غیرمتمرکز، سلسله‌مراتبی و هترارکیکال، هر یک با مزایا و چالش‌های خاص خود، برای کاربردهای گوناگون طراحی شده‌اند. الگوریتم‌های کلیدی مانند اجماع، بهینه‌سازی توزیع‌شده و هوش ازدحامی، نقش حیاتی در هماهنگی و بهبود عملکرد ایفا می‌کنند. کاربردهای MAS شامل مدیریت ترافیک هوشمند، پاسخ به حوادث و تخصیص منابع در شبکه‌هاست. با این حال، چالش‌هایی مانند مقیاس‌پذیری، امنیت و ارزیابی عملکرد نیازمند توجه هستند. جهت‌های آینده پژوهش، ادغام با یادگیری ماشین، توسعه پروتکل‌های ارتباطی انعطاف‌پذیر و تمرکز بر اخلاق و شفافیت را شامل می‌شود. این سیستم‌ها پتانسیل تحول در شبکه‌های نسل آینده را دارند.   Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) as an advanced framework in communication network management, combining collective intelligence and flexibility, have the ability to solve complex problems in dynamic environments. These systems consist of three main components: autonomous agents, environment, and communication mechanisms. Different architectures such as centralized, decentralized, hierarchical, and heteroarchical, each with its own advantages and challenges, have been designed for various applications. Key algorithms such as consensus, distributed optimization, and swarm intelligence play a vital role in coordination and performance improvement. MAS applications include intelligent traffic management, incident response, and resource allocation in networks. However, challenges such as scalability, security, and performance evaluation require attention. Future research directions include integration with machine learning, development of flexible communication protocols, and a focus on ethics and transparency.
